I would say Kimi.

Constructor Champion will be William BMW

Schumi!!!....or perhaps Montoya...

Shumi I think but ....
It will be more difficult this time with Kimi & Montoya in McLaren. Also BMW & Renault can be very fast.

Schumacher has to be the favorite again, until someone can prove that wrong.

And kimi & montoya is not going to happy next year, its for 2005. And even that is not confirmed. Only montoya is confirmed for 2005. But most likely it will be kimi, but who knows in the world of F1.

I honestly have no clue. We dont know how Ferrari will imporve their chassis over the offseason....McLaren is coming out with a new car.........we dont know if Bridgstone is doing their homework(the reason why ferrari wasnt so dominant this year)......

If there's anyone who can beat Schumi next year I think it will be Kimi. Why didn't anyone name Ralf? I think he's got a better chance than Montoya. IMO Montoya is a very talented driver, but not a world champion. As the typical outsider I would name Alonso. Keep an eye on him.

I would have to say Kimi. However, I would not be surprised if M.S. can pull another championship out of the bag. F1 is all about consistency, and in my opinion, Ferrari's engine is one of the most consistent in producing excellent runs, if not THE MOST consistent.

Ofcourse Montoya, there is no question about it :) At the second half of 2003 season he managed to score most points so he might be able to continue that and win 2004 wdc.

I expect it to be a hard fought battle between Ferrari and Renault. With Ferrari clinching the constructors title and Alonso just pipping Schoey for the Drivers title. And in 2005 Alonso will join Ferrari.

It's probably gonna be Montoya or Kimi.....but I would not be surprised if Barrichelo takes it home

My guess for this season --> Schumi or Kimi.

New Mclaren is quick and kimi is skilled

Schumi never count him out !!! :)

The favorites of course are Shummi, kimi and montoya, but as every year, the car and the team will be the option to follow.
even kimi is the chosen one, I think his age will make him to make a couple of mistakes when the championship will be decided.
montoya... he is what schummi was a couple of years ago (aggressive, impetuous, etc) and the williams car should help him
I wouldn't like another year with schummi as a champion :|

I say kimi, schumi is past is peak and montoya wont win till 05

It'll be a tough choice though. M.Schumacher could be the next champion again but Kimi & Montoya would make it tough as hell. It's definitely going to a great season. I truly enjoyed the 2003 season.

im sorry but Montoya is a bit over rated, granted the guys is a good driver and all but he doesnt have the attitude to take him to top. and after this season i think Schumi will retire which at this point in time it looks like itll be Barichello and Alonso and if thats the case then Ferrari again will have the top team, Alonso with Barichello teaching the kid. oh yeah def the top team, people always seem to forget about Barichello but this past season he out qualified Schumi and on more then a few races Schumi was using the same setup as Barichellos. dont ever count a Brazilian out. and to throw another name into the mix of things, is anyone awear of Nelson Piquet Jr. take a good look at his face and remember his name, aslong as he has his dad by his side he wont have any problems.

Nelson Piquet Jr is going to be a test driver for Williams BMW now? How many test drivers can a team have anyway?

constructor: most likely mclaren, runners up: ferrari and renault
driver: probably schumi, unless he gets in trouble, hey anything can happen, but his skill, experience and not the best, but one of the best cars should give him a slim victory margin, if anything goes wrong then kimi, followed closely by montoya, with everyone else far behind, alanso will become even better, but will not win for another 3 or so years; ralf will slowly diminish and perhaps even self destruct, and one champion schumacher is plenty enough anyway ... don't get me wrong i like ralph, but he is a little too reckless, if he could just tone it down a bit, he would be a great driver, after all you cannot win a race if you don't finish it, and you don't get any points for that either, and that hurts championship aspirations

Kimi made to many mistakes under pressure last year. The key of the championship will be in the hands of Bridstone, in my opinion. Watch out for Mark Webber, probably not a GP-winner this year, but will def. stand out this year.

M. Schumacher
Montoya
R. Schumacher

I think M. Schumacher will win but he will be chased by Raikkonen and his brother.
Do you think this is Micheal last year? I think he wants to end his carriere with a blast.

That's a FIAT 500 if I'm not mistaken, built between 1958 and 1965.
Standard a 0.4995 l engine with 22 BHP at 4400 rpm
Obviously Abarth made a sports version which looked like this

I love ferrari's, but in F1 I don't like them very much because of Schumi! For me Kimi will have a word to say this year, and the mclaren car is very strong. Let's wait to see.

Montoya will be a serious in the run to the championship to.

When is the first race?

I don't want to say it because Im not a big fan of West, but I think either Montoya is going to win or Kimi....prolly Kimi. Last season, Schumacher was holding onto the lead barely.....and he's getting pretty old too. I think its going to be Kimi.

I'm thinking Raikkonen or Montoya. But it's DC's year (though he hasn't come out with that speach yet)! Michael, I'm sure, will still be in the hunt though. Button doesn't have a shot this year. The lap record he set at Barcelona last week was on empty tanks.

Don't get me wrong, I think all three Drivers (Kimi, Montoya and Schmi) would have an a equal chance to shoot at the world champ this year. But according to the visious cycle Kimi and Montoya should win the title.

Only my 2 cents

2004 Schumacher
2005 Schumacher or Raikkonen
2006-2007 Fernando Alonso or Raikkonen
2007-2010 Fernando Alonso

Basically, when you have a team having the biggest budget for 5 years straight, it`s quite hard to justify the same amount of budget for next year to the sponsors and principal. In this case, we might see other teams like McLaren, Williams and Toyota to have bigger budget than Ferrari (realistically having better chances of wining championship) but you can never ever discount the talents and team spirit in the Maranello camp. 8)

I'm thinming it's a toss up between 6 drivers, maybe even 7. There are the 6 from the top three, as well as Alonso, who seems to be everyone's rank outsider. Who would I want to win? I'll do a Frank Williams and say it doesnt matter, as long as we(BMW Williams) win the constructors title. Ralf or Monty, it doesnt matter.

Speaking of which, doesnt the FW26 take a styling direction as radical as the new 5, Z4 and 7? hehe. Does BMW's influence really strecth that far into the realm of Gavin Fisher, Patrick Head and Sir Frank Williams? (=

I also think it will be schumi, even tho i vote for McLaren, i think mclaren will have a good season in 2005 coz they'll have montoya, but then again f1 is a fast moving motorsport and nothing is ever certain 8)
