IMO it's a PS, the idea could be a Lambo powering a generator through a dyno ;) nice way to light your house actually :D

darn, its only able to do 124 mph, so i cant go 200 mph in my garage. LOL :wink:

One friend reply me:
"I'm sure this is a tricked photograph, it looks like a test bed for four-wheel drive vehicles, it could even be the factory has installed one of these, but the lower section would surely be hidden from view within the floor."
