So as you guys know I am out in Halifax now studying at Uni.... and since the standard of living is considerably lower out here then in Ontario, there are ZERO exotics. I mean I get an odd Boxter or two and RX8's and such but besides one 996 Carerra drop top and an '05 SRT 10 there are no $100K + cars
So, my point is, Toronto boys, what the hell happened to Yorkville sightings? I miss them alot... not that I dont enjoy everyones efforts (TT, Dingo etc) but it is cool when I see Yorkville pics cause then I know what is around my area that I have a chance to see... ya kno? so could someone do my poor soul a favor and get down to Yorkville this weekend(should be a nice one 17C and sunny) and take some pics! I am sure everyone else will love em too
Yeh indeed, we need more pics from Yorkvill from the guys living the area. Usually we just get our fix during summer, 4 or 5 weekends and that's it! I am sure you can hunt there every weekend and always come back with something! more dedication guys :D
Since we are on the subject, how to find a regular hunter in Russia (Moscow)? and some in Japan?

Hehe, not really, Moscow hides, Enzos, MC12, Bugattis, any sort of tuned Mercedes and BMW! It's not easy to spot them maybe, but there are plenty of superb and rare cars there and I really want to find somebody wanting to hunt them down

As long as there is no snow on the ground or rain, it is a 100% gurantee to see at least a million bucks of aluminum and carbon on the weekend. last yr i was there this very weekend and saw tons.
Yep, that's why I think it is a pity the guys go there just a couple of times during summer :bah:

The only problem is that said person will also be tracked down.
*Igor accent* "PIZDETS! What are you photographing car for? *BANG BANG* Ivan! Bury him in Gorky Park!"
Back on topic, I also miss the Yorkville sightings. I guess nurbrun was too busy conditioning his hair.

what is bubaloo? i assume it is a club so u go there late at nite... I have a good feeling that all the good cars are out during the day, there are some rich young people who want to party, but who DRIVES their 430 spider to the bar????? I mean if your DD or just wanna pose, but best time to sight is during the day on weekends I think.

/\/\/\ he's right, i've been down there a couple of times in september and saw basically nothing. Saw a few choppers, but no exotics. Hopefully, i'll have a post on sunday from Mosport. There's supposed to be a fund raiser for the hospital for sick kids. If any of you people in toronto and the area can get down there, make sure you go, its a good cause and for a donation you get a chance to ride in a nice car. Not sure what cars, but i'm hoping there's some good ones. Guess it depends on the weather. Keep your fingers crossed that the weather is good.
Actually the car hunter "job" is not as easy as you might think :D only in Monte Carlo you can go out every day and be sure you will come back with a good load of pics! Even Paris, London or other big cities require some dedication! Sometimes I go to Genève (60 km drive) and come back home with 10 pics and no really rare cars... it happened also that I went there to come back without having used my camera, not even once! I still keep going because I love to walk around town, looking at the stores, the lake, just enjoying it.. when finally I spot a nice car it's great, but you can't pretend to go out, hunt 30 minutes and always come back with 100 pics to share ;)

Its true, this summer i didn't take any classes at the downtown u of t campus, but probably next summer i'll be down there at least once a week and the campus is just around the corner from yorkville. i still can't believe that for all intents and purposes car hunting season has basically come to an end. :(

Well, there isn't going to be much for a while, but if I'm still at Pottery Barn, I'm sure I'll get a ton of pics in the spring and summer.
Even if I'm not I'll still be at UofT which is only a few minutes away anyway.
