who can tell me that are the "Best motoring international " and "hot version international" the same thing?

i wonder....ing

They are not the same thing: as for the original BM and HV, the first is about stock cars basically, while the second is about tuners and such. The "internationals" version are partially dubbed and with full english subtitles. But a sort of compilation, cutting and pasting the best parts from different japanese episodes if we could say so.
