Well, before I start, I had a top night last night, apart from one aspect.........HOW MUCH IT COST!!

I went out with a group of people in London. Quite a posh area, with prices to match. Anyway, after the pubs, we went to a club....we were all on the guest list. All the women went in first, and it cost them nothing!! Nice one, I thought, then the blokes tried to go in.....that will be £20 please! Fook me.

After that interesting difference in price between the girls and boys, I needed a stiff drink. Double Vodka and Coke please........£10!!! Holy crap! Ok, ok, after that I asked for the cheapest drink they had. They gave me a little stubby beer. You know the ones, little glass bottles that are about 1/4 of a pint! £5 please sir.

My wallet is battered today, total cost of the night including transport......

holy crap... i don't think girls can argue about being discriminated all the time now.
even the poshest area in sydney won't charge half of that.

To be fair to the girls, they said that they would get a round in between them to make up.....it is when we saw their bill of £110 we knew we were in for it!

For entertainment it makes JW seem pretty good value for money in that case I guess.

The bonus was, got out of the club, and the South Ken Lambo dealer was right there!!!

Spent quite a while looking at them! :mrgreen:

Yes, yes! Drinks are much cheaper when you buy them at the liquor store. Then browsing the forums drunk is also fun! All the best flame wars start that way! :)

which club was that jon, is it really close 2 the lambo dealership or the zetland arms. I didnt know there was a club there!???
