i think they can crack 400km/h but i don't think they can reach 450km/H because they are on salt lake which isn't good for tyres at high speeds.
old land speed record holder noble said salt is the enemy of the tyres and f1 tyres designed for asphalt. may be michelin design a new tyres for this record attempt
