The interesting thing about the first one is that it is yellow. Ferrari only made the F40 in red, so it is a repainted one. Repainted ones are not very common at all.
I think the first one, the yellow one, was so loud becasue it had either an exhaust from an F40 LM, or an F40GTE (the F40 GTE was buylt by michelotto) exhaust. The red one appeared to have a Tubi exhaust, which is one of, if not the most, popular brand for aftermarket exhausts on ferraris.
After looking a little closer, i noticed the tow hook on the yellow one's bumper. Maybe it is an LM or GTE. The only way to tell would be a side pic where you can see if it has centerlock hubs (GTE) and/or lemans rear wing. If it is infact an LM, it had over 700hp when it rolled out of the factory.

I think I know these vids. Someone posted a link before. There were more of these short clips with great engine sounds.
I found the thread. Maybe it still works.

I saw two or three F40 in the metal in my life, and one of them was yellow :)
Here is a pic of it :)

And the two videos sound so cool :D
Well guys, if you have seen Best Motoring vids, you must have noticed that every Ferrari tested had Tubi Stile exhausts (the videos are on tubi stile website, from what I noticed in the adress), and they definitely sounded different than standard versions, louder and with a higher pitch.
