The style reminds me a bit of Auburn. At least from the grill which appears to be the most distinctive piece.
A little clue... it may look American... but it's not.... :)

Could it be Mercedes? The also had a grill like this, but it doesnt appear to have enough chrome.

Citroen, mid 40's maybe?
It looks alot like Citroen 15.
Late 30's to early 40's.. and further East than France... ;)

Na - the 3 is a little older, like from 1936.
You got GAZ though - it's a 1941/2 GAZ M1.

Ahhh dammit.... M1...
Oh well, I havent looked into Russian cars in ages...61 was off top of my head, then I started googling and the '3' looked a lot like it except the smaller grills.
OK.. it goes to Max Power than ;)
