i remember there was a photo of some guy driving a 550 Spider and not a Barchetta because it didnt have the wheels. but we now know what it was. it truly was a 550 Spider!!! it was a thread of garages or something.

thats not a spider, note the head protection, roll bars, the spder in the auction does not have any, like the 911 convertable.

Yup the barcheta was a conmemorative edition of the 550 for pininfarina anniversary i think , it was build in limited edition , and for a price of 400 and something thouthand dollars , it was not a hit , cuz now you can find in ebay for 230 - 250
