Actually those are M Parallels wheels, so technically they are made as M wheels. I think they originally came out on the E34 M5 in Europe (MY1995). Then they came on the E38 740i Sport (MY2000 - 2001). So the design itself is over 10 years old. But still even today, very clean looking.

Hahah. . . okay. The cleanest wheel that is not on a M3/M5/M6 that I like is on the 330i ZHP packaged wheel, Style 135M. Although that too is technically a M wheel.
