They have all kinds of ugly cars, you can have one without a license, but you may not drive it faster then 30 km/u :? I hate that car, sounds like a grasshopper, two cilinder - diesel, 500 cc, 15 Nm @ 2400 RPM, 4 KW @ 3000 RPM, 2 seats. you see them driving here sometime, shame ... (btw hope no ligier owners on this site :) )
