Is there an adapter that can go from the Red White and Yellow to a connector from a PC monitor so i can hook my xbox up to an extra PC screen i have?

Nope, you would need a vivo video card or a capture card in order to do that.

Actually there is an adaptor, but last time I checked it was like 60$ US, and its a box, not a little wire adaptor.

For 60$ you can get a capture card and play it within windows.

I am using my Playstation on my 19 Inch PC screen using a TV box. Initially I tried without success two USB video cards (problems of compatibility or bad image). Then I went for a simplier solution (more expensive though) and bought the ViewSonic NextVision N4 for $75. Easy to plug, don't have to start my PC and decent image.
