You need to give more information. It could be leaking, if so check to for anti freeze under the car and for the level to drop over time. Leaks generally occur around hoses and clamps.

It could also be that the coolant isn't mixed right(too much percent water), or the coolant is leaking into the block somewhere, or any number of other things.

Do you happen to have a GM or Ford? A number of V6 engines from them have known coolant leak problem. Not completely their fault, they just have slightly weaker gasket which can be damaged by old coolants. Check the pH value of the coolant, if it becomes acidic, it is corrosive and can damage the components to cause a leak.

Normal (usually in green) coolant has a life of around 2 years and should be changed to make sure the anti-corrosive addictives are still working. The dexcool (in orange) used on new gm cars is supposed to last 5 years but some say it turns acidic much sooner than that. So, check your car's manual.

Good luck, hopefully nothing expensive got damaged. Milky coolant is usually a sign of old coolant corroding something :(

what color is your oil? worst case the oil/water jacket in the block could have cracked and you could have water in your oil and oil in your water if so to the junkyard with it !

How do you know it's leaking, is the coolant level dropping? BTW, there's an additive, Prestone AntiRust, that looks milky---could that be it?
