Today I am moving on from JW. I will be starting university in less than a month and will be travelling for the rest of this month. (un)fortunately I will not come back to JW, ever. It has been a pleasure to have (most) of you guys as friends and the last two years have been a blast. Take care and be safe!

I just got out of the Gym I did Chest and Shoulders tonight been pretty intense with my workouts the last few weeks making big gains muscles are starting to bulge a bit more in the right spots. But the last few have been tiring days. I did back and legs last friday then the next morning did some intense scuba diving in venice beach. On top of it all been working like a mad man so ya im pretty damn tired. But cant seem to sleep, so hense my bad grammar stupid jokes and general arse hole ish mood. When im over tired my sentences tend to lack cohesion and direction of thought. I ramble etc ask zfrk hes seen my late night i cant sleep jibberish first hand lol.
