That's what you get for using American.

It's all about the budget. Car manufactures offers huge discounts to police force and other gorverment branches.....I am sure car manufactures on different countries do the same for their local police.

Those Crown Victorias / Impala may not be a good handler, but they can take lots of abuse and fat bastards inside sit comfortaby with their box of donuts.

I can see a commercial idea for BMW........doing a retake after tha crash scene and subsituting a BMW police car following the racing line into the corner and gain on the suspect.
