help! port probs.

Hey, my bittorent is extremely slow... my friends r getting 150+kb/s off seeds that im getting 4kb/s from. I tried to open up port 6881, pretty sure I did it properly. Anything else I can do? I have a Linksys BEFW11S4 router. thx guys.

Anything legal and worthwhile downloading is hosted on many more direct high bandwidth source than anything that BT's could offer.
