Thans for the article. My god I love the F430 now. Cant wait for Top Gear to review it.

thanks :D i'd prefer the CGT of these cars, although i absolutely LOVE both other cars...but whereas the Zonda is indeed the ultimate flamboyant extravagant supercar, i dont think the F430 is the ultimate all-day supercar...there's the Porsche 911 Turbo for that
BTW the CGT must have the sexiest ass of any car currently in production

Great article, I really like the Zonda F...what a beast! :D I'm not sure which I'd get between the CGT and Zonda, tough choice, too bad I don't have enough money to make that choice! :D

While I like the F430, they bring up a very good point about all of the electronic assistance, and how it takes away from the driving experience. I definitely prefer the 'purer' cars.

Thanks. 8)

You can turn it off and its still a perfectly balanced machine. Thats the beauty of it. You have a raw 500bhp V8 exotic beast with the twist of the wrist.

And you can still get an H pattern 'box. :D

Aaaa, even so...I am just not that enthusiastic about it, I need to see one in person before I will really like it.

Thanks for the article man. Great comparison. I would be interested to see the CGT vs Zonda on a track. They mention that the zonda would be quicker - I wonder if this means that it would be the CGT's 7:32 at the ring..?

EVO is easily the best car mag around!

I'm not sure, but I think they mean quicker on road. I.e., the large advantage in torque (not to mention advantage in overall power to weight ratio, but the torque is the important part for on-road), and more forgiving suspension makes it better suited to being blindingly fast on the road. Who knows about the Nordschleife, but on a smooth, standard race track, the CGT is probably quicker, since Porsche obviously has more experience with racing; and the CGT has a stiffer suspension, and in general is the more hardcore of the two.

I'm pretty sure by pace they simply meant straightline speed. Not really unexpected considering the F should be about as quick as an Enzo in a straightline.

 Its a whole different beast when you see it in person. And the noise it makes......phew.
