I love all these british shows on this site, but is there any possible way we can also get some shows like motor trend, car & driver, hot-rod tv, horsepower tv, and some other speed channel/spike tv shows on here? id do it if i had the resources, but ive got no way of getting the shows onto my computer, any ideas?

The only one I would bother with is the American Muscle Car http://www.speedtv.com/_assets/library/img/medium/10933_amc_logo.web.jpg - the rest really are put to shame by the British contingent... ;)

If you follow the "[OFFER] Some new video's" thread in the Video Requests/Offers forum, you should see selected videos from american shows like Car & Driver, Motor Trend, MotorWeek or even Super2NR. Due to limited time/bandwidth, I usually only cap the more interesting reviews.

The feature for this week is a review of the pontiac GTO from motor trend. Later this month, I'll be capping the Victory by Design specials on Speed channel.

I also think fishfreek has started to upload a few US shows.

personally, I think that shows like Car and Driver, Motor Trend, and MotorWeek are garbage. Sure, they sometimes drive really friggin nice cars, and their reviews are decent, but I feel as though i get nothing out of them when i watch em. There are very few, if any, moments where they actually have you hear the sound of the car, and most of the time they're bumbling around on the roads at just over the speed limit, just talking...and you can't hear the friggin car!! Granted, every once in a while they have a special like the one about the BMW M Driving school (which, mind you, is ABSOLUTELY amazing), but majority of the time they're boring shows.

now, shows like horsepower tv and hot-rod tv i think would be well worth it, cause they dont babble so much, and you actually see the guts of the cars, and hear em...

heh sorry if this seemed like a venting session, but i just had to let it out

What shows in particular? If you list them I might be inclinded to provide a few of them if I can find them on my local cable network.

Hot Rod TV, Horsepower TV(Spike), Monster Garage(Discovery), and American Muscle car are my favourites. Motor Trend, Car and Track, Supr2nr TV(Spike) also would be good choices. But the first four for sure. The channel they are on is beside the name of the show, if it doesnt say anything then its on speed channel. Thanx fishfreek.
