Where to buy Jc Shootout DVD

I'm looking for a place where I can buy the JC Shoot out DVD. Since I'm not in the UK, I'm not in a position where I can go out and buy one, unfortunately. Does anyone know of a place where they will ship to the US? And BTW, does the DVD play on US DVD players, or do I need some kind of incoder for the different region?
