it seems that is outside the city and near the highway to Puerto Vallarta

is in Guadalajara, in the Huentitan Gully.

The Huentitan Gully is beside of the CUAAD (centro de arte, arquitectura y diseņo) of the UDG (im studying here).

The winner proyect, are from a Mexican Architect, Enrique Norten, and this construction will be the highest museum in the world, with 180 mts.
