I'll post pics later. I'm really excited. I hope I'll drive some of the real fast stuff (this is an event where you really get to drive the cars). Btw the Viper is the only one without an ESP system right?

There are 31 cars at the location, raging from the Dodge Viper, C6 & 911 till a Citroen Pluriel.

I went on a Mercedes day last year where I drove E500 4MATIC, E320CDI 4MATIC, SL500, SLK350...I didn't take the camera though :(

When you get in the Vett (if it's a C6) tap the traction control button once to place the car in Competitive Mode (turns off T/C but keeps A/H on) - then, if there is a chaperone in the passanger seat quickly tap the reset button on the dash beside the instrument binacle to clear the Competitive Driving message form the display.

Now just beat the living bejeeezus out of the car and the nanny system will keep you out of most trouble but you could be wheel spinning and sliding your way around the test venue util they kicked you out.. ;)

Oh - don't try the same trick (just mashing the gas and holding on) with the Viper - cause more than likely you'll end up in a ditch :)

Sadly, I didn't drive the vette :? It was a very wanted car & I think someone got lost with it one time because only 2 or 3 people managed to drive it... Real pitty isn't it. Still thx for the tips! Don't think I would have risked to disengage the electornic safty's on such narrow roads though.
