I heard that Top Gear will be on Discovery Channel starting on June 29th at 10PM on Wednesdays?

I haven't caught any recently (I look for them here), but 5th Gear is still on SpeedTV also...

I wonder if Top Gear will also be behind by like a season or two? :D

Check that link that Alien put up and make sure you're looking at the right time zone (below is listed in Eastern Standard Time). Last year, they did the same night every week, like a regular weekly program, now, they're jumbled up on different days....how annoying.

That's the way it was with 5th Gear. Besides, they cover a lot of regular stuff too...all the good stuff usually gets ripped and put online... :D

and yes it is at 10pm.
5th Gear is at 4:30 in the moringing for me here in California. i'm guessing because they need the time to put more Nascrap shows during the day.

Its on right now. An episode from last year(the one with the Apache), but its better than no Top Gear.

I don't care, even if these are old episode, and even if it’s only going to last few weeks! BEtter than nothing (or amercan chopper or other crappie US car-bike shows...)

it was coincidence! i want even know... i was ike what top gear... that must b like a new ameican show or somehting but no! :)
it was with the exige, maserati... etc.. oh and the kneigseggg or that thing haha
it was good to watch it on tv! even tough i already seen it! its cool to watch top gear in a 42 inch 8)

no they completely re-shot all of the studio scenes... at one point they even asked the audience how to describe wales for an american audience. still somewhat funny, but definitely toned down.

i saw it yesterday. although i felt asleep during the show. (i get up at 4am). kind of weird, like they had two ep. into one. great show hope is here to stay.

That's like watching Inspector Morse - only it's an American actor in New York... but "basically the same show".

why don't u just put it on to a dvd, then proceed to put that into the dvd player and play it on tv?

You have to convert it to NTSC from PAL and that's too much damn work for most people. and anyway this is different like when I watched the 1st 5th Gear on Speed I had already seen the episode a few years earlier but that wasn't the point.

u put the file into nero express, select ntsc and wait 4 hours for your dvd...is the discovery channel's tg widescreen?

I'm not sure but I think it is on Discovery HD theatre.

i was going to said the same thing, but you could also connect your pc if you have a tv out and a dvd r. that what i did.
