according to BBC, a nun in romania was choked and crucified because she was "possessed."

here are some quotes from the article

A Romanian nun has died after being bound to a cross, gagged and left alone for three days in a cold room in a convent

A priest and four nuns were charged with imprisonment leading to death.

Mediafax news agency said Cornici(the nun) suffered from schizophrenia and the symptoms of her condition caused the priest at the convent and other nuns to believe she was possessed by the devil

If found guilty of killing Cornici, Father Daniel and the accused nuns could face 20 years in jail.

I'm not against any religion here, but this is some whacked out stuff.

Just look at the priest! He looks like some crack addict! It seems to me that HES posessed by the devil.

Wow, that's messed up. I never would have thought a priest would do something like that. Especally to an nun in his own church. Damn, that's creapy.
