0X 0X ok this is where i live, its a little place called poulton, there isnt much there but its not bac, and ofcourse there is blackpool near by with loads of things to do :) 0X 0X

and now the #1 most important thing, our local rally track, where our rally club holds a few evnents per year its on an old unused army base. its great fun and hopefully i will be competing soon :)

i like the rally track! all we hvae here are damn drag strips. well there is an empty college nearby with a big parking lot :twisted:

Looks like a nice place to live. I'm pretty near by in Huddersfield. The rally course look quite cool, the only track I been to around the area is the 3 sisters, which is in manchester.

Spent more than one night out in Poulton, usually ending up in Cubes. I worked at Warton before I came out here :wink:

I'd rather go out in Poulton than Blackpool but that is my age showing lol

I have a mate called Brooksy who is also in Texas, he's flying to UK this weekend to get married in Poulton as it's his home town.

Not seen you around on JW lately... how were your exams (we discussed them in a PM), I've still got a maths exam on monday... it sucks.

If I am right, they are the 'same' place - similar to people from Newcastle-upon-Tyne, where I guess the locals just say Newcastle :wink:

TRANSAM2001 - your rite this is an extremely small world :p at the moment i too like going out in poulton much more than blackpool as blackpool is full of scumbags. the Cube is quite a decent place now, tried to get a job in there the other week but failed as i only noticed there wasa ojb rite at the end and didnt have time to fill everything in :( I wouldnt of seen your mate this weekend as I have been at that race track / army base, our rally club held an event there and i was there for 8 hours on saturday setting up (followed by a few pints at the pub) and then i was there from 6am till 9pm on sunday racing, i had a great time on the corner that i was in chage of there were a few crashed, mk2 escorts came flying round hit the kirb and knocked wheels off / broke half shafts etc - there will be one or two pics of this later but only phone camera pics as cameras werent allowed in atall

did you see the event that we held in 3 sisters at march ? was a great event, 6R4's, cossies, scooby's evos, mk2 escorts :D

A very nice place to live! I love the english small towns... they seem to be quite relaxing! :wink: BTW... if you live near Blackpool... have you seen some TVRs near your town? :D

have i seen them near my town... of course i live about 10 mins walk from the factory :D i was having a driving lesson last night and there was a sagaris following me, so noturally as i was in a nissan micra he flew past me - who was doing the speed limit (60mhp) - and then i looked in rear view mirror again and what was there, there but a ferrari 612 speeding upto me lol, tell you waht... tomorrow ill go out and tae some pics of cars round here, TVR, ferrari, amseratti, porsche, stratos, lancia delta, maserati :)
