How about the SV Roadster ? (very rare)
Have five (http://www.lamborghiniregistry.com/Diablo/DiabloSVRoadster/SVRoadsterRegistry.html) models(no more):
"Three years after the SV was first debuted, a Roadster version was launched during March 1998, again at the Geneva Salon. However, new owners, the Volkswagen Audi Group, apparently cancelled all rear wheel drive projects upon their arrival in Sant' Agata. Consequently, only a handful of SV Roadster's were ever completed with retractable headlights, maybe no more than twelve. As with the VT Roadster, a rear deck wing was optional, Lamborghini going on to regularly produce updated ’99 SV's with the targa topped Roadster bodywork. "

"The first 'new' car to come from Sant'Agata since the Audi take-over was
this SV version of the Roadster, it would have been commercialized to make open-top driving a Lamborghini a little more available to the public. The SV was set sell at a lower price than the VT Roadster, just like the Diablo SV is the less expensive Diablo available.
Probably the SV Roadster would be positioned between the SV Coupe and the Diablo VT type, since for some strange reason the rear-wheel drive Diablo had been canceled for the 1999 production year.
The SV Roadster was just like the SV Coupe, a stripped down version of the normal VT Roadster, the suspension geometry was simplified, but the full system would still be available as an option. Also the rear wing wasn't standard, but still a rather very expensive option.
Another option is the very special Lamborghini suitcase-set, finished in the finest leather available, suited to fit to the color of the interior of the car.
Off course, the SV Roadster prototype used alcantara for the seats, but on special order you could have leather upholstered seats and even race type bucket seats with four-point seatbelts would be available.
As usual for Automobili Lamborghini SpA, any color you like can be used for the bodywork, but the factory still tries to keep everything rather normal, by suggesting an already very vast palette of colors available, like the flashy orange bodywork of the prototype on the picture.

A little after the car was presented on the Geneva Auto Show, the Audi management of Automobili Lamborghini SpA decided not to commercialize the SV Roadster, although several demands were already made by the US importer. The SV Roadster was never put into real production but strangely enough some do exist, the factory actually built a couple of prototypes, one even with the 1999 redesigned headlights, but they never actually put it into production. The US-distributor wanted it for their market but since Audi took over, all the rear wheel drive only projects (SV) were canceled. The US-distributor did make some SV Roadsters themselves in the United States by doing exactly what the factory did, removing the front drive shaft, front differential and the front half shafts. It lightened the VT Roadster by 250 pounds and they were real fun to drive according to Grant Johnson at Exclusive Inc., the current US Distributor."

The best looking Diablo IMO is the SE30. If you'd have one of the few SE30 Jota's it's probably the fastest Diablo as well.

got to admit jabba, I am supremely jealous. best I can do is break my neck trying to look at a black vt every time i pass "great car rentals" in Melbourne's Swan Street. that is one amazingly beautiful car.
