The ASUS 6800GT. I can OC it to 435MHz/600MHz - GPU/RAM and it never goes above 60C! Even after an hour of Half Life 2!

Thats a cool one! Im planning on getting a Desktop right before August comes. I will give my laptop to my lil brother so I think Imma get myself one of those Alienware with Sli technology (2 vid cards working together). I'd build it myself for cheaper, but damn... I can't find the time to do that.

Rest of the system is XP3000+, MSI Nforce 2 400 Ultra board, 1 gig ram, 200 gig SATA + 3 80 gig EIDE (all Western Digital). And all of that in a black, 4 fan Lian Li case with a Enermax TruePower 550W PSU. Also I have a Benq 19" (LCD 16 milsec).

I can play all games at their max detail settings and I run all games and desktop at 1280x1024. Half Life 2 looks just incredible. My CPU is much more of a bottle neck now than this card. Games like Sims 2 (believe it or not) tax it the most. The CPU I mean. This card is fast enough that nothing out right now can really faze it.

My next upgrade will be a 64 bit CPU and board.

Don't wait to long by upgrading then, soon you won't be able to find anymore S939 boards with AGP...

Right now the best is a MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum, Nforce3 Ultra. Only decent S939 board with AGP support. S754 is a waste of money.

is this asus card better then the other cards offered by card manufacutres??

I dont know. That is why I posted this. I would love to know what the max speeds and temps are on the cheaper cards. Like the Sapphire and the EVGA.
