Your game jamming?

mojo this happens to me, cept the speedo that spins to say it is thinking, spins RED not white. and this started to happen to me very early on.. I thought it was my PS2 cause it was old, but i brought it to a friends, and the same issue... my copy is pretty fucked, and let me tell you i am anal about keepin my disks in good shape, tho there are a few small scratches.... nothin that should make the game damn near impossible to work longer than one race.

edit: there is no excuse for yours to crash, isnt it less than one month old!?!??!?!?!?!?

When my playstation 1 used to crash many years ago... I take the PS and flip the whole thing on its back so that it is sitting upside-down on the table/ground.

Wait a few seconds then you will hear a faint sound as the system reads the CD, and all of a sudden the game UN-freezes. :D

I have not tried this trick on PS2 nor do i know how or why it works. Let me know if it works...
