I just went to F1 live and noticed a Monaco article on the front page and it got me thinking. If you were offered to go to any GP which one would you go to?

I would go to Monaco because of its history and the whole atmosphere. Sexy women on sexy boats, beautiful scenery, and all that history.

What about you?

Monaco. Watching it on tv portrays it as one of the most complex diffuclt courses in the world. Thats what I enjoy.

I'd choose Monza.

Spa and Monaco are close calls too...

I'd sit next to the first shicane - should be a great experience, hearing/seeing those beasts aproaching the corner at around 360 Km/h and then braking down to around 70... Besides, the atmosphere is great.

Monaco for me too, not because of the racing itself but more the scenery (women and cars) that surrounds the track :D

diffuclt on the car yes, on the driver not really, I would say it is harder to put a fast lap in hungry then at monaco

for Me SPA, the best track in f1 today :D

k, i would go to Hockenheim. i´m living hmm....60km away from this track. but i have to say that the history of monaco is the best.
last weekend was a race in SPA of the DTM (Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters) For example Mika Haekkinen or Jean Alesi are some drivers. the corner "au rouge" is the heaviest bend of all tracks i know. foot down and good luck :D

Monaco - sit on the stands near the swimming pool complex - the cars are less than 50 feet from you.

Spa - sit somewhere near Eau Rouge

It would have to be a toss up between Monaco and Monza. Just the two circuits with so much more history than anywhere else, head out to the old banked curving at Monza in the morning light, magical apparently.

Has to be Monaco, cus you get so close to the cars. But from a spectacle, Spa, preferably at the top of Eau Rouge

The same as a lot of people, it would have to be Monaco first purely for the atmosphere, the proximity to the action and the women!!
But Spa is one hell of a circuit, i'd love to see the grandprix there.

Wherever the best party scene is going to be!

Gotta be the Australian GP or Monaco GP. 8) I think I'd find Bahrain a little on the 'dry' side for my liking...

Is there a Dutch GP?

bahrain because dubai is awesome. amazing place. architechture and wealth there is amazing. plus a great track and the vip tower. and the hottest gp which makes for exiting races.

you do know that dubai and bahrain. are diff. places right? kinda like Vancouver and Seattle close, but diff. countries.

This one is easy for me too, Monaco is my choice! Awesome cars, perfect beach setting, F1 race, yachts, sexy women galore! Though I would hope to have a few thousand cash to play hard that weekend! :D :D :D

Excellent topic!!!

I was just talking to my friend about this yesterday too.

Like most people I think I would love to go to Monaco. There is just so much going on besides the race as well. But I don't think Monaco is that great of a track because of the lack of passing opportunities.

You know, another race I would like to attend is the 24 Hour Le Mans. I think that would be freaking awesome!
