People asked Gustav (the driver and M5board.com owner) why he didnt showed the M5 win a race in the clip we just saw.

He answered that, now people really want to see this movie. He is a little teaser Gustav but he sure know how to make people wanna see more of this movie.

Its going to be intresting if the movie will be for free or we have to pay for it.

dunno,if you ask me the rs6 has some big pound balls...my two cousins(brothers) they own a rs6 and 2005e55 amg,as soon as good weather hits NY, were gonna test ourselves whats better...1/4mile, prolly e55 would win...but as soon as the road gets twisty...im sorry but bye bye...

M5 will kill a AUDI in the twisties. The AUDI is just plain boring in looks. COmpared ot an E55 or M5, the AUDI lacks in presentation. Nothing sets the AUDI apart but AWD.

Funny you should write that...I went for a drive (passenger) in a new A6, just the 2.4 6, but my god was it impressive. Beautifull ride, smooth and goes great for the capacity of the engine...anyways we stopped, got out, preceded to walk away, but i couldn't resist turning back 2 or 3 times for another look...just that type of car, That Grill, ahhhhh..... :wink:

The M5 is a sweet ride, but its BM's latest offering using all its latest techology and so forth, lets all wait untill Audi comes out with its new S and RS models then we can be on an even playing field and then determine what's really the king... 8)

Yes the M5 is without a doubt the more involving Driver's car, but I think you are missing the point of the RS6.

Where the M5 shouts about it's performance, the Audi is much more discreet and leans more towards Q-car performance. You're right, 90% of people wouldn't look back at the RS6 like they would at an M5, but then I think that is the greatest appeal of the RS6.

You may prefer your cars to brag about their performance potential, but I for one, prefer a quattro driven, twin turbo V8 to do the talking.

M5 is clearly faster.. and it should be..
whats wrong with that... no bimmer wanted an e55 owner to sell his E55 and buy an E60M5..

Proof is in the pudding.. The fact the BM is running neck and neck with a Gallardo is telling something.. Also, track speeds are notably higher than first reported (upto about .3 of a sec to 60) - however the handling is what has won the most praise. Anyways read the article by Gustuv and the guys, it's brilliant, to the point, and worthy to get a grasp on this debate.
