Being Mid-fifties, i would say he's actually in good shape! Not the most flattering photo, however you can still see some muscle definition (biceps, delts) and he isn't bulgingly overweight.

what did u expect? he's old and he probably doesn't have time for working out as much as he used to

Nope. Very common that moviestars get in shape for a role and Arnie looked like this before T3 too. Don't forget that he's mid fifties.
