Are you serious mate? Staged??? I dont think so.

People dont know how to drive a manual car here. Just to let you know about 85% of cars in Canada are automatic.

Clearly the guy wanted to shift from 4th to 5th but hit 3rd or 2nd.

lol 'Om my god, oh my god' lol not having ever put a car into 2nd from 4th, i don't know if it affects the steering, possibly if that thing is FWD, but damn, what a lame crash! lol, 'we lost control on the dirt!' hahahahahaha

"we lost control because of the dirt." and that thing I did to get into the dirt.

Comming from San Jose California (one of the ricer capitals of the world, most ricers cant drive.

Great video. Its a good thing that they were driving on a fairly deserted road.

I've learned a lesson as well, don't drive on dirty deserted roads, or else all that dirt could cause your transmission to malfunction unexpectedly

You guys are really biased. I obviously am a fan of american muscle (look at the name) but how can you say that "Ricers cant drive"?? Just because of the car they drive means that they cant control any car? Just because ONE ricer catches his mis-shift on film doesnt mean a ferrari or renault driver hasnt done the same. Shit happens... my dad once saw a guy he knew spin around cuz he went from 5th to Reverse in his 71 cuda because he wanted to downshift to pass a school bus on the highway, its just a mistake no big deal. and LoL at Williams F1

Actually Im not saying that they guy is a ricer or anything, but obviously its some kid who doesnt really know how the transmission works and he fucks up. Really going from 4th to second is not just a simple miss shift, a miss shift is when you dont get the gear that you were aming at by releasng the clutch before the gear engaged or releasing the clutch too soon on your way to the next gear and leaving it in neutral.

This guy actually hit the wrong slot and released the clutch. If I see that I hit the wrong gear, Ill keep the clutch in and move it were its supposed to be. Common man, I can see the guy missing 5th and going to 4, but second??? That defently wasnt a one gear miss shift, thats 2. You actually have to move your wrist all the way to the left to to get to 2nd from 4th. How can you fuck up that bad in a straight line???

It's just funny seeing all these peps here in Toronto driving their Civics around and stalling the car every now and then. Or hearing them flooring it in 1st until that VTEC stars to to burn in flames....or seeing their rear tires lock up a bit every time they wanna take a 90deegre corner is style...

okay guys, i found out what REALLY happend.

U know how theres a max MPH u get in each gear? Well when u redline one gear (3rd in my case) and i accidentally downshifted into second (cheap short shifter that failed me many times, but its still driver error) the MPH my car was already at was wayy higher then a MAX MPH for 2nd gear, so when u downshift, the motor in a way "Brakes" your front tires, sorta like how ur cruising and u can downshift to slow ur car down instead of pressing the brakes.

So therefore, redlining 3rd gear, maxing out 3rd gears MAX MPH. Then downshifting into second, my motor would bring my front tires to the MAX MPH of second gear, so slowing down tire rotation regardless of my current vehicle speed, causing me to break traction and spin out of control...

Be careful guys.. my short shifter almost KILLED ME......

hehe, I know I shouldn't be rubbing his nose in it, but it has to be done... I just can't stand it when people can't fully take responsibility for their own mistakes, and blame it on somebody else. First it was "the dirt", then the short shifter, and then "Farmer John" for trying to report him to the police because he was driving like a madman.

read the forums, found some stuff that gave me a bit of a laugh

I raced my friends h22 intake header exhaust prelude

What's exactly is a H22 intake header exhaust prelude? people usually don't bunch up their mods with the car's model name.

my exhaust got bent all the way back and stabbed my left tire and popped it

Yeah, those Foldgers Coffee can converted mufflers tend to do that when you BACK INTO A CONCRETE PIPE

This is in his Sig
All Motor 4 Door Pure B18A
VTEC KILLA!!!

Heh, yeah, you most definately are, mechanically overreving your engine like that. You killed your own VTEC engine good!

anyways, I'm done now... if you guys think this is inappropriate, I'll delete it.

I'm glad you posted that video!! LMAO sorry but he really did screw up good. I don't care if it's a ricer-redneck-belgian-... but what he did was really pretty stupid. Especially saying afterwards it was because of the dirt

ANNOUNCEMENT: I've uploaded the video to my webspace for the guys that missed it.
