That's pretty sad. The sound file from the website doesn't even sound like a proper BOV would. Then, like you guys already mentioned, who the hell would pay $180 to have a simple sound emit from their car or bike? The sad thing is, I know there are poor souls out there who have already purchased this item.

heh, what a useless and expensive piece of crap

hmmm, I think a cheaper solution would be to buy some $10 radio shack speakers and a cheap discman and put it under the hood. then you can have it play on demand via a "The Fast and The Furious" style 'Naa-aaa-awwws' steering wheel mounted button (with the included 'made from a cheap label maker' NOS sticker next to the button). Then it'll look like you'll have Nitrous on your car as well.

methinks I can make a killing if I package it all in a kit and sell them for $50. :lol: :lol: :lol:
