It could be made a lot faster and lighter.
Maby tune the engine to 600+ bhp
Motec ecu.
Strip some more weight of it maby some more carbon fibre body work lighter wheels
Sequential Gearbox
0-100 km/h 2,8 sec
0-160 km/h 6 sec
0-200 km/h 7 sec
topspeed 340 km/h

Engine V6, 30 valve, biturbo, 2671 cm

Output 324 KW / 470 PS at 6850 revs/min

Torque 573 Nm at 3550 revs/min

Acceleration 0-100km/h 4,1s

Top speed 299 km/h

Suspension Height adjustable, sports suspension H&R Power Control System with compression as well as decompression adjustable features. Most innovative technique with individual settings in height and stiffness are realised in this undercarriage. Nose diving of the car during strong braking is reduced through the anti dive effect of the undercarriage while simultaneously reducing brake distance. The H&R manufacturer in Germany made a special set up of the suspension especially for this project car (you can see the stamp on the coilovers). Also the rear anti roll bar had been changed by a stiffer one from Quattro GmbH.

Wheels For every day driving are used BBS RXII 8,5 x 18? offset 32, 2 pcs. For driving on the track are used BBS CH 8,5 x 18? offset 35 which are lighter 1,2kg instead of the RXII and they are made for higher stress and temperatures. For important track days, there is a third set of wheels BBS RC 8,5 x 18? with only 9,4kgs. The lightest that BBS makes.

Tyres For every day driving are used Pirelli Pzero Rosso 255/35 ZR18. For driving on the track are used Pirelli Pzero Corsa 255/35 ZR18 for both BBS CH and RC.

Brakes For the front axle, 6 piston monoblock MOV´IT calipers with pad area of 105cm2. Those brake calipers have bigger pistons than other 8 piston calipers from other manufacturers like Brembo, Tarox, AP racing and others. To those calipers there are used the latest brake disks from MOV´IT which size is 342 x 34mm. For the rear axle, 4 piston MOV´IT calipers with pad area 75,5cm2, which is comparable to 6 pistons from other makers. To those calipers there are used brake disks of size 322 x 28mm. Furthermore, there is a separate Brembo hand brake. All the brake calipers had been painted by MOV´ IT into the Nogaro blue color like the car.

Exterior The all body(work) had been replaced with RS4 OEM parts. There where used a new front bumper, front grill, all 4 fenders, all plastic wheel arches, all doors, side skirts and many others. The rear bumper had to be modified to fit the new wide fenders. The all body was painted in the previous Quattro GmbH color.

AUDI S4/RS4 sedan

Interior Recaro racing shells with the RS4 logo on, MTM floor mats, complete interior combination of black leather and blue Alcantara from Quattro GmbH and complete RS4 cockpit.

Engine The complete engine was out and modified at MTM in Ingolstadt. Many S4 parts had been replaced with an RS4 one, like: Cylinder heads, K04 turbochargers, injectors, fuel pump, fuel pump regulator, air box, pressure sensor, air mass meter, air distributor, intercoolers, charge air up pipes, throttle body, intake manifolds, additional oil cooler and many others.

Furthermore, the anti pump valves had been replaced with MTM one, also the exhaust manifolds with the MTM racing ones and finally the full exhaust including downpipes had been replaced with the MTM one.
Special cylinder heads gaskets from MTM.
Stronger clutch with one mass flywheel from MTM.
All hoses had been replaced with stronger silicon from MTM.
Special side grills without fog lights for better air flow from Sportec.
Special setup on the dyno.
Oil used is 10W-60 and fuel natural 98.

Diet Approximately 90kgs had been saved from the front end of the car, right where it´s needed, because of the traditional heavy front of the Audi´s. Stock seats had been replaced with the Recaro racing shells, the A/C went out, the battery was replaced from the front to the trunk instead of the spare wheel and it had also been replaced with a sports half weight one. Furthermore, the clutch had been replaced with a lighter one.
The front hood is replaced with a carbon fiber one.
The balance of the project car is now much better and the handling had been dramatically improved.

INTRO

This project car was created to be a 5 seats limusine, which will be able to be as fast as pure sportscars like Porsche 911 GT3, Ferrari 360 Modena , BMW M3 CSL etc. Accordingly it is a very unique car modified into an RS4 sedan body. The only one modified like that on this planet. The RS4 was produced only as an Avant (kombi) in a limited series of 6050pcs.

All the modifications on that car were very carefully and considerably selected to work perfectly together. Furthermore, all the modifications have the TUV certificate and had been approved for daily use. The final version of this car took more than three years. The result is a very fast limusine and a very unique project car.

Other notes:
First owner , bought in May 2000 from an Audi dealer in Czech Republic.
Approximately 5000km on the clock.
Never driven in winter or even in rain.
Most km had been done on the way to Germany to MTM or to Mov´it for modification. The rest km had been done to big events, fairs and exhibitions in Czech Republic.
The car had been presented in various magazines and TV.
There is a lot of promotion material of this project car available, like hats, T-shirts posters etc.
Parts like A/C or rear seats can be fitted back.
All the invoices are available.
The estimated cost of the project car is approximately Eur 140.000,-.
The car is like new and it is for sale for Eur 89.000,-.

I'm pretty sure his first paragraph was talking about what you 'could' have done with the car but the 0-100 in 4 is what the car currently does

I can applaud him for taking the initiative for doing what he has done.

BUT ... a full bodied "BUT" (to borrow a phrase from JC)

The guy is frikkin nuts

He spent 140K Euros on this car. This is USD 186K in todays money.

Pause for effect.

For this outlay he could have got the original S4 for $40K new back in 2000 and have enough left over to buy a used 550 Maranello/911 Turbo/GT3/360 Modena with the approx $150K left over.

Stupid!

jesus christ that thing is fast as fuck.

I fuck slower :P
But the car - what a beauty! Just on Fri I saw RS4 for the first time - there is only one in Israel, and the one I saw was a guest, with Millwakee numberplates. Standard all around, in silver - nice, not more. I think that this one is much more interesting.
All right, pack it up for me :) No, no gift wrapping, thank you very much, plain paper would be enough. It's for me

The most powerful B5 Audi RS4 is definitively the B5 Audi RS4 DahlBack ProDrag 4WD 1350bhp in Norway. If you want to see this beast it will be at the KING of EUROPE Challenges 2005: 25&26 June 2005 on the track of Chimay (Belgium). http://www.kingofeurope.net/

The fastest streetlegal B5 Audi RS4 is the MTM Audi RS4 (602 PS) tested and certified in Nardo Test Facility in 2002 by Auto Motor und Sport. Here some stats:

0-100km/h: 4.0sec
0-200km/h: 12.4sec
0-300km/h: 37.5sec

Top speed: 327 km/h

That RS4 looks sweet. 8)

The blue one is very tasteful as well, and sounds very fast, although that does seem like a bit much to invest in that car.
