Tommy Kaira ZZII What do you guys think??

Has anyone heard of this Japanese Skyline tuner Tommy Kaira? he released this concept in 2001 I think. There's almost no info on this car, but any fan of Gran Turismo 3 will be familiar with this car. It looks amazing, and just look at the specs...550hp in a 1500lbs car!!! this car must be a rocket!!

I've always loved the lines of that car. Sort of a cross between a 360 and Mclaren, and yes, I used it a lot in GT3. :D

its a total rip off from the 360, but i love it. i've seen about 2 tommy tuned skylines around and from what i've heard they do a good job.
its got the rb26dett so it'll easily tune it up to 1000hp. its also feather weight. you'll be telling ferrari to move out of the way then.

This car has always been a fav of mine in GT3. To finally see this thing of beauty in "real life" photos is just breathtaking. That interior is really one of the most attractive I've ever seen, of any car.

This is the first time I see more of this car. Looks very good to me. The designer looked at the McLaren and the 360, that's clear. But still it looks good. Better like this than to design something original that is ugly.

I understand Tommy Kaira is a Godzilla tuner. Is the engine a tuned Skyline engine? And has it them same 4wd system?

Yes, it uses the RB26DETT Skyline engine, as for the 4wd system I think it's the same, but I'm not really sure, imagine tuning this car up to 1000hp...it would just be insane :lol:

In GT3 i have a yellow one with black rims :lol: there's very little info on this car and that's a shame 'cause it'a a really impressive car...and for all the english people on this site, it's gonna be built in England, they can't build it in Japan because of the 280hp limit agreement.

550 horses in a car that light is insane. drop a few hundred pounds and we're getting into the weight range of f1 cars! I personally believe that the curb weight of this car is a bit too "optimistic". I'm thinking that it'll be more in the range of 1700-1800 pounds at least.
