Anyone ever seen this crap before?

Perhaps Imageshack is about to have to start charging for space/hosting - is the free ride over?

BTW - the images are all thunmnails.

you know, im extreamly suprised. i thought that once they started having all that pop up crap, and ads, they would maintain thier free status quo...
upsetting to say the least. cirtainly kudos go to them for being so generous/easy to use for so long, and hopefully longer

what site are you getting that image from? i dont think here...

I've seen little messages about saving their bandwidth before, but i've never gotten that.

Sounds like more of this bandwidth limit crap that i've been hearing about since coming here.

It is a question of time before they charge people money (or have adds) in order to store pictures on their servers. It's simply to costly to keep it running without any extra funds. If TT has over 10000 pics on their servers, that's over 2GB's of data

Hmm, this could be very troublesome to a lot of ppl if I S goes under, or starts charging. I really hope it doesn't, but we'll see. For a while I thought the service was too good to be true, after reading a PopSci article that showed all these different sites that charge money for pic hosting. well, maybe it is....

That is true, hope they do that to only the imagest that suck up lotz of bandwidth and are linked directly to the pic instead of tho their site.
