Id like to know how to take pics like that. Looks very cool. Ill try to search for a bigger sized pic, im sure there must be one.

Long exposure. Small aperture. I'm guessing the exposure's 1/30th or 1/10th of a sec. Aperture was set at 11-19. ISO should be about 200-400.
You need a tripod to keep the car in focus.

That's a longer exposure than 1/30th, it's at least 1 second if not 2. So then an aperture of about an f19 probably. As evoWALO said, ISO about 200-400. Another cool effect is to use about 1/3rd of a sec exposure and zoom in on the subject as you release the shutter, then you get a circular blur around the subject, looks ace!
