I've been trying to find out for months already... I'm completely stumped. :(

It's easy. the wheels are made by Racing Sparco. The series of those wheels are called NS6. Gunmetal machined face finish, one-piece aluminum construction. Hope that helps you out! :)

No, I don't believe they are the same company as Sparco. Racing Sparco is entirely different. Might be a side of Sparco, but I really doubt it.

Thanks so much mate! I couldn't figure out what make they were because I assumed that the Sparco on the side of the car was meant for the seats. :p
