i like that concept for a civic, it definitly has a nice sporty look to it and i like that it bears a resemblance to the acura family, it would almost fit better as a replacement for the RSX (in the us market) by the design of it.

They cant seriously be thinking bout releasing this with only 200 horses? The SRT4 right now is the king of the sport compact market and it has 230 at the wheels and is a 13/14 second car stock. a RSX Type S with 210 horses is barely a high 14 second car and thats with a good driver. Chmon honda give it at least 220.

this is the Si, not the type R. im sure the type R would be better competition to the SRT-4. besides, the Si would probably be able to outhandl it.

Looks advanced, but it also looks a bit riced with the black hood, yellow fog lamps, and the spoiler.

Yep, very Audi A4 like from behind. From the front it looks like... mustang-headlight-ish i dunno. Pretty car overall. Too bad we will get to see them riced up on every parking lot we go to.

I definatley like the look of this, I think the current civic an look rather high at some angles, but this concept looks perfectly fine. Also I think the front looks like a mini Accord

Well, it's better than before, but that doesn't make it pretty... compared to the old one yes, but to the other hot hatches out there? Not really.

Overall it looks like a good design, although who knows how much it will change between now and the showroom. I agree, it needs to loose the bare hood, and also the yellow fog lights. I'm sure the handling will kick-ass. :twisted:

it is an okay car in my eyes not that great imo. the rear bumper is a bit dodgy and the wing is like a standard 2F2F add on as well as the hood

I really think it looks nice...

on the weird side, to me it looks a bit as though it's a cross between a Honda Accord Coupe, Acura RSX, and a Scion tC
