Smart with Suzuki superbike engine-5 secs to 100kmh!!!

I read it in some polish magazine, so sorry for language.This car is insane...Here is a short summary of whats in article:
This is a Smart CityCabrio fitted with Suzuki GSX-R1000 engine (165 KM at 11 000 rpm)...Sounds good? Sounds crazy...ESP and other e-bullshits were removed.The rear suspension was removed too- now its completely different equipped.Weight-640 kg, which makes its power/weight ratio 258KM/t - thats 20KM more than an Evo VIII FQ330!!!
Who did it?
Peter Ballantine - formerly Cosworth/Subaru tuner
Big Performance - responsible for Smartuki :) brakes
Z cars - madmen who made i.e. famous Caterham with 2 superbike engines, known as Z Tiger

About 10 Smarts were damaged before finishing the project :)
It has 6-speed bike gearbox and a clutch , of course from Suzuki bike.It revs to 13500 rpm...
It makes 100kmph in 5 sec, and tops at 210 kmph.
Its very noisy and hard to drive - a journalist nearly crashed it whan cornering too fast :)...

This smart is crap... the car is too high for that kind of things!!

i would definitely prefer the 2 engined Mini they (Z Cars) also made!
Thereis also an article here in JW about rocket pockets where is this Smart, a Micra and a Mini with 400bhp

Who the hell would think of a car that can't corner? :shock: Haven't they heard of the original Mini? And you can put even 2 bike engines in Mini :lol: - I've seen projects like that
