And what's up w/ the "first and only" issue of Boost? I'd never heard of that.

Its basically an offshot mag to Car and Driver focused on performance. It had only one trial issue and I never heard from it again, maybe it did not sell in enough numbers. Its kind of sad because it really had some interesting articles.

It was also probably C&D answer to Road and Track's own offshot mag also focused on performance, which so far made it into two editions.
