I came across this prog recently. For those of us who use P2P software and are worried about lawsuits. Mercora is a new online P2P radio, meaning you can listen to streaming music online rather than save it to your PC, .'. it is totally legal.

besides, there must be a way to capture that music and save it :wink:

But can u like actually choose songs to listen?

Yes its just like KAZAA only you don't download the songs. From what i've seen so far its pretty good. Interface is very nice , but the collection is a bit limited.

Ad- ad/or spyware on it?

I scanned my system with fully up-to-date Spybot and Ad-Aware SE. I found no spyware at all.
