I dont fucking belive it, they're turning everything into a movie now. I remember watching it when I was younger, but I guess Jessica Alba is enough of a reason to see it. ;)

so, you saw the B-movie of the F4? how was it? like the captain america movie? or the crappy spiderman movies from the 80's?

I don't have the enthusiasm to see this movie just like the xmen, spider, batman.

ok, wait a sec..i don't recall Dr.Doom being created at the same time as the Fantastic 4. i thought he was created in a seperate accident. Fuck, don't tell me they screwed up the F4 as badly as the Hulk :? They better not fuck up Iron Man.

Dr. Doom... I don't remember how was created, but was in a completely different way than the F4
remember that for non-fans and to make the movie shorter, etc, directors, writters and producers always change a little bit the story.
it's a rumor that Jameson Jr., the astronaut that was going to marry Mary Jane will be venom for the next spidey movie... and we know eddie brock is venom

I figured they would skip the part where the symbiote found Peter first, but they are forgetting that it fed off of Brock's hatred and rage (kinda like the dark side :wink: ).

But as for Doom, there is some of the background that needs to be addressed. and i'm really not sure that they can pull that off. (everytime i start talking about these movies, i sound like a damn geek :? ) what most people dont realize is that the Avengers took him on before the fantastic four did, so how could he have come about at the same time? I don't think this one is going to be very good :( the Fantastic Four just didnt' have the fan base that the others do.

the symbiote saga was great, since spidey found it, and when he was using it, he started to be a little more violent, yes, he had a dark side. That's when the symbiote tried to gain mental control over peter and. the story you know it

for the Doom thing, he'll be a mad scientist, with a thirst of power
(don't feel like a geek, take a look around and you'll find lots of geeks: car geeks, computer geeks, comic geeks, porno fans/geeks, etc etc)

I think I'll see the F4 movie only if a girl tells me to go with her or on rental

I think i'll just wait for Iron Man or Punisher 2 (i hope they make a sequel)

and about the earlier comments about the 80's movies, yeah those sucked giant monkey balls. Especially the Punisher :? Dolph Lundgren makes a shitty Frank Castle

Hm, very interesting. It actually looked pretty well made, and could possibly be an entertaining movie. The trailer I thought was very grabbing and well made with appropriately inticing music and action packed shots.

...and then i noticed something was missing in the trailer: any sort of dialogue. the pitfall of this movie? my guess - acting, and/or script.
