just IMO, the car they ran for the last 2-3 races last year was this car.
thus the reason for schumi's 2-3 spins on sat and fri day sessions of those races, and the spins in the races as well, he was just getting used to the low DF setting on the car.

So really the only thing they are trying to get used to are the new tires and running the engine about 1,000-2,000 rpms lower then b4.

This is the car that Schumacher tested today (F2004M). Now, this isn't definitive yet. Looks interesting... Always good to see inovation in F1 (tough I think this kind of design has been used before). Ah, and it's legal btw.

Nice car... and Bertolini... probably the luckiest man in the world... from a mechanic in Ferrari to a F1 tester in just some years... Can't wait for Melbourne... I think I'll go next weekend to the Barcelona track to see the winter tests and see what's going on... :D

be sure to grab lots of pics!

Wow, they are really pilling the aerodynamic aids on there...looks very cluttered to me. I like the clean cars from the early 1990s. The back looks odd to me, and the rear wing seems to have a weird shape.

every team is going to be trying their hardest to get back the downforce lost with the rule changes this year. That should mean a lot of innovative designs in this years cars. thats not the prettiest ferrari to say the least...although its still cant beat the "walrus" williams.

Will be interesting too see if they run with this, good too see the engineers are working hard to get around the new rules :D

That's really interesting. thanks to everyone for posting. the new restyled nose is very distinct and very bold (and no doubt purposeful as well). i like it! much easier to tell the difference between the previous models.

i lik this, but looks worse than the last car. all in the name of winning, i guess.

looks like ferrari has spent tons of time in the wind tunnel, also looking over the rule book very carefully.
