the lite version is based on exeem .18, so there might be some minor compatability problems between the new version of eXeem and this one...

I've also heard some rumors that the eXeem team will ban you if they catch you using it, though I'm not sure how you do that on a p2p network

According to some articles, eXeem installs Cydoor ( http://www.cydoor.com ). I don't use it myself so can't verify.

eXeem beta 2 does put in Cydoor, but it does not affect the system at all. The advertising is not even noticeable. I liked version 0.18 better during Beta testing. Works fine though and still uploading lots of stuff there. Although I still mainly download of BT sites.
