Lets say you were able to get any super luxury car you wanted (Rolls, Maybach, etc.). What would you get? It has to be super dependable, moderatly quick, look good, and no huge service charges (That means no Bentley, as they have a $35k service charge for the first 5k miles, and another at the 10k mile service). You can take a car and strech it (like an Audi A8L and stretch it) much like the S-class pullman. What would you do?
Money isn't a cost, but no service charges allowed.

Id get the one with the highest resale value, sell it and buy an F430 instead. So tell me which ever one is the most expensive.

if i was to drive a luxury car, i wouldnt buy a rolls, maybach , bently, etc.. buying a car that expensive is purely for vanity.. and if i am seen driving those, they would think i am a driver for someone lol..
but i would stay low profile and just get an Lexus LS430, AMG CL55, M5 or something along that range.

I would never employ someone to drive me around, no matter how much I earned.

'88 Cadillac DeVille. i used to have one, and the seats (non-leather ones, kinda plush material) were extremely comfortable, far better than any other seats i've sat in :D
it had an air-ride suspension which was pretty smooth on the road as well. good value for money if you ask me.
you could grab a whole fleet of them for hte price of one Maybach or Rolls.
the one i had was around a 5L V8 (dont' remember exactly) so it had a fair amount of grunt, and it was pretty reliable overall (but with a fleet, who cares).

I would get the E60 M5, then head out to Alpina and have them moddify it to my tastes...
20 inch rims, twin turbo, new exhaust system, sunroof, bodykit, and Suicide lambo doors baby. ;)

lexus sc430 or ls430 ;)
reliable, good milage, doesnt stand out too much, high quality, easy to service....
granted there are nicer, and there are faster, and there are more "prestigious" but i think the lexus cars have a good balance of everything

...except personality. Fuck Lexus.
First of all I would never buy a luxury car. As Jon said, I would never employ someone to drive me around (unless it was an F1 driver to drive me in a 2 seater F1 car). But for the sake of keeping this thread alive I would have to go with the Rolls Royce Phantom. It's just perfecrt.

I found it difficult to choose because the started said "no high maintenance costs"... what super luxury car won't have high maintenance? The Phantom's parts, servicing, and gas consumption are huge. And that's without insurance.
If you ask me, between the new Bentley Arnage, Maybach 62, and Rolls-Royce Phantom, I would definitely go the way of the Phantom. I've been in one, and I can assure you, the quality will absolutely blow you away. The day I did that, I sat in a Jag XJ, then a Quattroporte, then a Bentley Continental GT. When I got into the Phantom, the first thing that entered my mind was "definitely worth £240 grand."

An ultra luxury car to keep, (no resale) and you have to drive it some.... well, in that case:
Rolls Royce Phantom.
it's fucking brilliant.
Who can argue with a grill that looks like the Pantheon?
Seen it in real life, and it's awe-inspiring.
and i def think bentley should be added to the options - u can pay 300k for the car, but services are too expensive?

well lets say that the "client" well spare no expenses to get it, but after that it has to work flawlessly (to a certain extent), and after that the "client" doesn't want to pay a dime after it is aquired.

Mercedes-Benz S65 AMG Pullman turned into a Limo, kinda like this: http://www.supercars.net/cars/2001@$Mercedes-Benz@$S600%20Pullman%20AMGx.html
but with the most powerful motor MB can do for me.

Sounds like a client for a Vauxhall diesel.
