i'm pretty sure it's a VW Golf.
same i was thinking.

It isn't a Polo or a Golf, because they have another door latch, if I'm not mistaken (altough the rear end looks quite like a Golf mkII). It isn't a Focus either. A Focus has another line and also another door latch.
I was thinking Opel, an Astra A or a Corsa A or B.

Terrible crash, but you guys suck at guessing. Its obviously a peugeot 306. And im gunna go out on a limb and say a Mk 1. :?

well All I know is that the car is Turbo Charged so it's not a Focus and I'm willing to guess it's a Golf.

In that case, im gunna say it was a peugeot 306 1.9 Tdi and it was a Mk1.
You judging that its turbo'd by the path of the intake pipe?

The rim is not of a Golf.... definitely...
The front of the car, by the interior part, in the 3rd picture, tells me it must be a Ford Focus. Am I right or what?
Just wondering... do you know the answer Thamar?

HELLO, GUYS!? Look at the rims, look at the door handles, look at the remaining intact front wing with the missing headlamp unit. Look at the rear hatch, with the little spoiler across the top.
Its definately a peugeot, and im thinking a 306 1.9 tdi. Now i think of it, could be a 1.6, but proportion wise, im goin for the 306.
Seriously, look at the car in my avatar! Look at the door handles, and the shape of my car!! The one in the picture is the least focus like car ever!!!!! :P
EDIT: Yip, its definately a 1.9 tdi peugeot 306, i just spotted the top mounted intercooler on the engine.
Damn i'm good. 8)

You'll find that alot of car Manufacturers that produce turbo engines in there cars, have plastic intakes. Its a really strong piece so its just as effevtive as metal, with half the weight.

And due to much more desirable thermal properties, you get waay less heat soak with some plastic intake pipes. :D

I think thamar was actually right, the latest 306's were HDI, they were quite quick, and common rail injection i believe, whereas the Tdi 1.9 which was the older one was the old fairly 'tractor like' engine. This one is a Tdi
