Thought I'd add to the Alfa theme going on in here lately 8)
This is my 1998 Alfa GTV 2.0 Twin Spark. I also have a couple of other older Alfas but can't provide the proof shots atm.

Custom shot first

Great car.

Any problems?

My boss also drives one and he had quite a few problems during his 3 year ownership.

He's buying the new slk now.

heeeheh...looks like i set a ball rolling - although Alfa does not produce super-
sportscar in the current century (yet) they still life from their unbeatable history...

joel - nice GTV and beautiful scenery ;-) silver fits perfect to the GTV, i used
to have a silver TB one with red style interior - sold it unfortunately.

joel, think about a slight paintjob (the black plastic on the sides & front/heck) it
would make a huge difference ;-) you can also mount the facelift 1 grill for a
couple bucks, it would give your 'bella' a nice touch.....

cheers and enjoy the cuoresportivo,
iwan

Hey, nice car joel, that looks like english numberplates, and those shots to me look like a little bay down in the south west of england (probably totally wrong!) where bouts are they taken? Are you from england?

komotar - no real problems so far. The rev counter didn't work when I bought the car, but this was easily fixed by fitting another second-hand unit. Since then only a failed clutch slave cylinder to report.

coombsie66 - well spotted, I live in Cornwall. The town in the background of the second pic is St. Mawes.

Hi Stradale, no I've only been once, unfortunately. Its a bit of a long trek from where I live. When I went I spent 3 days there, and stopped off at Spa on the way too, and that was a 2000 mile round trip. I'm hoping to go back there later this year.

Joel.

Great shots of a great car :)

Personally I'm not a big fan of the Spider (eek, I can't believe I'm not liking an Alfa). It's like a ruined version of the GTV (which I love).

GTV's have had my admiration throughout Alfa's history.

I wish I could drive on a track like the Nurburgring one day!
