Interesting article. I wasn't aware that the CS used titanium springs, or that it was the first production car to use them

Very cool...I wonder how many sets of toolings they had to make. My understanding is that working with titanium and trying to pursue any sort of long-term accuracy and precision of parts is difficult because of its high melting point and fairly extreme un-malleability...tends to make it a pretty unpleasant metal to work with.
