Schumacher buys a ville in Lago di Como

He bought it for 32.5 million dollars. 'Villa Cassinella' was built in 1926, and sold to Carlos Mantegazza's son.

Brad Pitt, Kevin Costner and Bruce Sprinsgsteen had made offers for it, but all were rejected.
Schumacher who lives in Switzerland will use this as a vacation residence.

Yeah, look at it this way, that is only 1/2.

A regular guy would have to work years and save a lot of money to own a house. Average house prices in the Bay Area, CA is around $500,000. Nicer ones in nicer neighbors are around 800,000 to 1 million. Average professional probably makes around $50,000. So that is about 10x of the guys salary.

So for him, it is actually not bad.
