Now Available on Racing flix .... I am still d/l ing. Of course the Jabbaspec vid is always preferable :turn-l:

Supposed to have destroyed the Enzo's time - I am not saying by how much :P

I got the vid off racingflix.com too, just too bad they didn't keep the time on the power lap time board.

Lol, it's the F1 Renault car. yes, that will definitely smash the Enzo's time.

Compare: Enzo's record around Fiorano - 1:25 (if i remember correctly)
Ferrari 2004 F1's record around Fiorano - 0:55

As reported by CAR magazine.

Downloading from RF now.

The thing is TG's track is even smaller than Fiorano (duh, given a faster lap time of the Enzo) but more importantly, it consist of more slow corners, making the difference in laptime smaller between F1 and Enzo

Not to mention the F1 car will have set up significantly higher (more ground clearance) than it would on a regular F1 track, raising center of gravity. That, and the fact it was wet during that test and Enzo's was dry, all make the Renault slower than it ideally could be.

F1 looks pretty fast in top gear, and Brutal speed - 180 mph and something

Nothing can be compared to a F1 car, even a Cart/Indy car can't compete against, on a normal circuit (non oval).

i wonder if they could of removed the rev limiter for 2 lap around the track....

I'm not so sure about the handling. But they do have tons of grip.

Why would they? I doubt Top Gear wanted to pay for an F1 engine...

I don't think they would becoz TG don't really care about that .5 of a sec like Alonso

i guarentee they wouldent of used the engine after that lap, you not aware about the amount of engines thoes guys go through!
during a race weekend one, but when they aren't racing, countless ones!

F1 could do much more better if alonso were there and it was normal dry :D
